Terms and Conditions of Weegot Autos

1. Acceptance of the terms
By using Weegot Autos services, you irrevocably agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
2. Definitions
- "Service"Credit counseling, financing search, vehicle purchase management and home delivery.
- "Rate of $99"One-time non-refundable payment for initial analysis and strategic advice.
- "Customer": Natural or legal person who uses our services.
- "Data"Personal, financial or credit information provided by the customer.
3. Property intellectual
3.1 Exclusive rights
- All contents of the website (logos, texts, images, designs) are property of Weegot Autos, LLC.
- Reproduction, distribution or commercial use prohibited without written permission (U.S. Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. § 101).
3.2 Infringement penalties
Unauthorized use will result in legal action, including claims for damages.
4. Scope of service
4.1 Services included
- Credit profile analysis based on Client data.
- Search for financing with partner entities (list in com/entities).
- Coordination of home delivery or delivery to authorized dealers.
4.2 Exclusions
- We do not guaranteeCredit approval, availability of specific vehicles, accurate interest rates.
- The $99 fee does not cover notary, insurance or other external costs.
5. Obligations of the customer
5.1 Accurate information
- Provide complete, accurate and up-to-date data.
- Consequences of false informationImmediate termination of service without refund (Sec. 817.025, Florida Civil Code).
5.2 Data authorization
You authorize us to share your information with:
- Financial entities regulated by the CFPB.
- Credit bureaus (Equifax, Experian, TransUnion).
- FADA certified dealers.
6 Indemnification
6.1 Legal protection
Customer shall indemnify Weegot Autos for:
- Damages or losses due to false information.
- Improper use of services.
- Fraudulent or illegal activities.
7. Transparency and limitations of responsibility
7.1 No hidden costs
All charges will be communicated in writing prior to confirmation.
7.2 Limited liability
Weegot Autos shall not be liable for:
- Indirect damages, loss of profits or moral damages.
- Client's decisions outside of our advice (Sec. 768.0425, Florida Statutes).
8. Policies of privacy
8.1 Data protection
- We comply with the Florida Privacy Act (FCPA)and the Federal Credit Rights Act (FCRA).
- Data stored with encryption AES-256on secure servers.
8.2 Customer rights
Access, rectification or deletion of data: Request to ayuda@weegot.comwithin 30 working days.
9. Terms of services
9.1 Causes of termination
Weegot Autos may suspend or cancel the services if the Customer:
- Provides false information.
- Failure to pay the $99 fee.
- Engages in fraudulent or illegal activities.
9.2 Effects
- No refund of the $99 fee.
- Immediate loss of access to services.
10. Links to third parties
We are not responsible for the content or policies of external websites (e.g., financial institutions or dealers).
11. Compliance legal
11.1 Customer obligations
Your use of the services must comply with:
- Federal Laws (FTC, FCRA).
- Florida State Laws.
- Applicable local regulations.
12. Clauses of severity
If any part of these Terms is invalid, the remainder of these Terms will remain in effect.
13. Modifications and notifications
13.1 Changes in terms
- Updates published in com/terms.
- Notification by e-mail 30 days prior to its effective date.
13.2 Jurisdiction
Disputes resolved by binding arbitration in Miami-Dade, FL(rules of the AAA).
