  • $99 USD rate covers our research work and personalized consulting.
  • Non-refundable under any circumstances, except as described below.

2. Exceptions (When reimbursement is available)

We failed to deliver the advice due to our error (e.g. system down).
- Request a refund within 7 days.
- Send receipts to ayuda@weegot.com
Duplicity of payment
You paid twice for the same service.

3. How request a Reimbursement?

  • Send an email a help@weegot.com with:
    • Subject: "Request for reimbursement - [Your name]".
    • Proof of payment.
    • Reason for request.
  • Response within 15 working daysWe will notify you by mail if your application is approved.
  • Repayment term30 working days after approval.

  • Dissatisfaction with serviceIf you didn't like the financing or car options.
  • Change of opinion: You decided not to buy a car after receiving counseling.

5. Updates
